At Animal Island, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wild style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
